This project began with a simple belief: kindness costs nothing, yet its impact can be immeasurable.

By choosing to pause, look closer, and click buy at $0, you’re not purchasing an object—you’re opting into a gesture. An exchange without price. A moment without a deadline.

At an unknown time in 2026, you will receive a small act of kindness from Han Hogey. The form it takes will remain undisclosed. The timing is intentional. It allows the gesture to arrive when it’s needed, not when it’s expected.

In a world of instant gratification and one that often equates value with speed, visibility, and cost, this work exists to break the cycle. It asks whether something can still hold meaning when price is removed, and whether anticipation itself can become part of the experience.

Kindness costs nothing.
And yet, it remains one of the most valuable things we can give.
